LA TRAVIATA | Opera Australia | HOSH
Verdi’s hugely popular La Traviata on Sydney Harbour featuring a soaring nine metre high, 3.5 tonne chandelier covered in 10,000 shimmering Swarovski crystals. On top of a successful run, this glamorous production was captured for worldwide cinema release in front of a sold-out audience. HOSH is a much valued highlight in Sydney’s annual cultural calendar and this production dazzled with hints of 1950’s Hollywood woven into spectacular ensemble numbers.
